About the job Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to external stakeholders and proactively tracking related tasks and projects.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and workshops to facilitate networking and knowledge exchange among members.
  • Create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, and newsletters, to inform members about the latest developments, best practices, and opportunities in the legal and judicial data fields.
  • Identify potential partners for joint initiatives, sponsorships, and collaborative projects that align with the coalition's objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community engagement, membership growth, and impact metrics.
  • Research and writing on access to justice, the workings of the justice system, technology, data, and the impact of procedural and substantive law on court administration
  • Engaging in public discourse by publishing articles, blog posts, and op-eds

Education Qualifications: Any degree

Core experience:  At least three years of demonstrable work experience

Competencies:

  • Proven work experience as a community/partnerships outreach manager or a similar role
  • Experience in planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to effectively coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure project timelines are met
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Creative thinker with a passion for building communities and driving positive change
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation
  • Deep passion for making an impact in the field of judicial reforms
