Roles and responsibilities:

Conceptualization, designing and executing M&E

1) Review secondary literature, create review documents, design, and undertake needs assessment studies

2) Design, execute and report on baseline, midline, endline and impact assessment studies

3) Capacity building of the M&E team and external data collection agency teams on evaluation parameters

4) Present the monitoring and evaluation findings to the internal and external stakeholders in terms of briefs, reports, presentations and dashboards.

5) Advance use of technology in M&E and build M&E and project team competencies

6) Identify and train external data collection agencies

7) Participate in all the team cadences and provide continuous support and guidance for the implementation team to execute the projects with quality

8) Support the project teams in evidence driven proposal writing, share insights from the monitoring data

9) Support the resource mobilization team with analyses and documents that will help in pitching projects to the donors and take part in the conversations with potential donors for M&E component explanations as required and when requested.

10) Work with the project teams to design clear strategies for monitoring and evaluation and support in the execution of the strategies on the ground.

Repository, Reports and Data presentation

1) Create project specific M&E documents including and not excluding log frame matrices, MIS, needs assessment, baseline, midline, endline and impact assessment reports

2) Undertake periodical field visits to monitor project progress, provide supportive supervision to the M&E and project teams

3) Keep all project, campaign and vertical specific activity and output data up to date and present as and when needed using smart infographic

4) Create a repository of all the project, campaign and vertical specific project M&E documents, reports, and evaluations

Capacity building of the teams, inter-vertical collaborations, and Government relationships

1) Lead the process of designing monitoring and evaluation framework, training and hand holding the senior executives in the monitoring and evaluation team and project execution teams

2) Present the M&E process, project specific findings and evidence to the internal and external stakeholders

3) Help project team internalise the M&E process

4) Present M&E contribution in project, vertical and at organisational level in various forums

5) Work with other teams in a systematic and data driven manner to effectively showcase the program results

Functional Details:
  • At least 8 years of work experience 
  • At least 5 years of experience in practically managing end to end M&E responsibilities; preferably in CSR space Education Post Graduation/Masters - 
  • Any Specialization Languages needed Kannada, English, Hindi (any other regional languages)
