Key Responsibilities

Training and Development Programs:

  • Design and deliver engaging and impactful training modules aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning solutions to address skill gaps.

Competency Framework Development:

  • Develop and maintain a competency framework encompassing skills, attitudes, knowledge, and cultural parameters.
  • Evaluate employee development against defined competencies and provide feedback.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify learning priorities and ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Partner with external trainers or vendors to deliver specialized programs when required.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Measure training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • Continuously improve learning initiatives based on feedback and organizational changes.

Cultural Integration:

  • Embed core organizational values into training programs, fostering alignment with the companys vision and mission.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration through learning initiatives.
