About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Regional Program Manager to lead and oversee program strategy and implementation across the Delhi region. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the quality of education for children with disabilities. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong program execution skills, experience in inclusive education or public systems, and the ability to build and manage multi-stakeholder partnerships across government, NGOs, and education institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Implementation

Lead regional planning and execution of inclusive education programs in alignment with organizational goals.

Ensure timely execution, high-quality delivery, and effective risk management across initiatives.

Monitor program progress, resolve bottlenecks, and adapt strategies based on data insights and field realities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Building

Build strong, collaborative relationships with government bodies, schools, educators, and community-based organizations.

Advocate for inclusive education practices within government and partner ecosystems.

Impact Measurement & Communication

Ensure quality documentation and reporting of program outcomes to internal leadership and external funders.

Oversee the creation of compelling communication materials that highlight the programs reach and effectiveness.

Capacity Building & Technical Support

Lead the planning and delivery of capacity-building programs for educators, trainers, and partner teams.

Provide technical inputs to strengthen inclusive pedagogy, assessment frameworks, and community engagement models.

Support the integration of quality standards and learning frameworks into program delivery.

Key Competencies

Proven experience in managing large-scale education or development programs, preferably in the disability or inclusion space.

Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.

Ability to think strategically while also managing operational details.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Hindi.

Demonstrated ability to build partnerships across government, civil society, and academic institutions.

High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and a values-driven approach.

Qualifications & Experience

Masters degree in Education, Special Education, Social Work, Public Policy, or a related discipline.

12 to 15 years of relevant experience

Deep familiarity with disability inclusion, education systems, or rights-based programming is highly desirable.
