Their flagship programs have reached thousands across the country, and they are now looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join their team.
Overview of the Role:
The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in creating and implementing people strategies that align with the organization's mission. Working closely with the CEO, and the HR Manager will help foster a positive and growth-oriented work culture, ensuring that employees are motivated, trained, and supported to reach their full potential. This role involves leading all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and learning and development.
Anybody who has the appetite to be part of co-creating something big in the development sector and with the right attitude will be sought after.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Good understanding of current trends in HR practices, learning tools.
Ability to manage the recruitment and induction (onboarding) for to all new employees.
Define organizational structure and create R&R description for each job roles.
Ensure all people policies are in place for smooth functioning of the Organization.
Ensure organizational values are well communicated and implements in its spirit.
Own performance management process and ensure it is implemented as per the defined
procedure and on time.
Good understanding of labour laws and ensure adherence to statutory.
Own the recruitment functions and implement best practices to attract and hire right resources
for the organization.
Own the learning and development function and implement appropriate programs to
enhance the productivity of all employees.
Learning and Development strategy and operationalization across the Organization
Ensure HR data management, analytics and reporting from time to time.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
The candidate must possess a postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification in Human
Resources or a related field.
A minimum of 10-14 years of overall professional experience is required.
At least 2-3 years of experience working with NGOs is essential.
Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Kannada will be considered an advantage.
