Arthan is seeking a Senior Leader to drive a transformative Maternal and Child Nutrition Programme integrating Cash Transfers and Social and Behavioural Change (SBC) Interventions.

You will work closely with government ministries, state governments, and strategic partners to ensure effective program execution and lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Strategy and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy that integrates cash transfers and SBC interventions for improving maternal and child nutrition. Align strategies with national and state priorities and leverage existing government schemes like PMMVY and JSY.
  • Government and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and state governments to adapt and scale the programme. Forge strategic partnerships to amplify the programme's impact.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a dynamic, cross-functional team, driving collaboration and fostering a culture of innovation. Provide mentorship and build team capacity to effectively execute the programme.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Use data and evidence-based insights to refine strategies, track progress, and ensure the effectiveness and alignment of the programme with local needs.

  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of government schemes like PMMVY, JSY, ICDS, and best practices in cash transfer and SBC interventions.
  • Key Skills: Exceptional leadership, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and team-building skills.
