Key Responsibilities

• Lead the community-building function, driving high-quality engagement with prospective students and their families.
• Serve as one of the organization's primary representatives, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead high-impact information sessions, presentations, and 1:1 interactions, communicating the organization's vision with clarity, conviction, and authenticity.
• Build credibility and confidence with students and families by helping them make informed decisions through high-integrity, consultative conversations.
• Partner closely with the founders and leadership team to shape community and partnership strategy and enhance the overall experience for prospective students and families.
• Build and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted ambassador for the organization, representing it with professionalism and sound judgment at every interaction.
