Head of Fundraising & Partnerships

About the Role

The role will lead the organisation's fundraising and partnerships function, with ownership of building new opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and developing strategies to support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and partnership strategy and execution.
• Identify and develop new funding and partnership opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end fundraising and partnership initiatives.
• Support strategic collaborations and ecosystem engagement.
• Build systems and processes to strengthen the fundraising and partnerships function.

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development, consulting, investing, or a founder/CXO role.
• Proven experience in building partnerships, raising funds, or driving business development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and unstructured environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to build from the ground up.
