Architectural Manager _ Building Project

Responsibilities:

• Engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
• Plan, design and supervise the construction of buildings and other physical infrastructure projects
• Coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
• Carry out Architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, documentation and seeking Clients approval
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
• Works in tandem with Consultants, Sub-contractors as well as with other technical departments (Structural, M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors) on the design intent requirements and raise technical clarifications for smooth progress of work
• To resolve architectural related issues with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural that is recognized by the Board of Architects
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Singapore
• Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Practices, Revit, BIM and AutoCAD
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and engineers
