Architectural Coordinator _ Building Project

Responsibilities:

• Shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on the master program and monitor the status
• Supervise BIM | CAD Drafters to produce shop drawings
• Review, coordinate, and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors to define the Architectural construction details and interface to Structure and M&E services
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs, and authorities' codes and standards.
• Verify site installation according to approved shop drawings and finalize AS-built drawings

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma a Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore building projects
  Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations, Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment, Approved document/Acceptable solution, and Green mark issued by BCA
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS, and other Quality Mark Assessment
  Familiar with Safety aspects in the Construction industry
• Experienced in Hospital/Medical Construction projects in Singapore
• Good knowledge in BIM software/Autodesk Revit
