Senior Tender Engineer ( LTA Viaduct Project )

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operations
• Run through construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, clients & main / sub-contractors and coordinate site activities arrangement
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
• Lead a team of supervisors/foreman for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
• Assist in the preparation of method statement and construction sequence for project implementation
• Coordinating the handing-over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (BCSS / RES optional)
• Min 4-5 years of experience on specifically Viaduct (Sub Structure | Super Structure) Projects or other LTA road work projects
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong experience in Tender  
• Working hours: Weekday 8 am to 6 pm | Weekend 8 am - 5 pm
