About the job Research Assistant

Seeking a junior (with or without prior experience) administrative assistant based anywhere in the world, who will work remotely as an independent person to assist our team leads in managing the administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support to team leads
  • Organise and manage replies
  • Establish communication between assigned clients
  • Create and organize documents and reports.
  • Anticipate the needs of team leads and be proactive in providing support.
  • Project manage tasks and projects.
  • Other miscellaneous work or projects as needed on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience of 2 years in an administrative role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in high-intensity, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A proactive and thoughtful communicator who responds with urgency.
  • Critical thinker that is resourceful when looking to find solutions to a problem.
  • Flexible schedule to support requests throughout the day.
  • Highly organized and with the ability to multitask.
  • Remote work experience preferred.
