Technical Manager _ Building Project

Responsibilities:

• Vets all technical documentation as required under terms
• Ensure distribution of all approved drawings to the parties.
• Ensure proper coordination with Consultants and Subcontractors in resolving any technical issues.
• Provide technical solutions to site office
• Ensure all relevant approvals (e.g. samples, drawings) are obtained in advance of site installation dates.
• Attends Progress Meetings, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meetings, etc.
• Support Tender submittals when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or higher
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in project management in Building Projects in Singapore
• Candidates with tender management experience will have added advantage
• Prefer candidates with relevant experience in reviewing of structural, architectural, and M&E technical drawings
• Some experience in design coordination is preferred.
• Candidate must be detailed oriented.
• Strong writing, presentation skills, planning, and documentation.
• Good networking within the construction industry
