About the job Training Manager

Responsibilities

·         Manages the design, development and roll-out of learning content including delivery of selected courses.
·         Report directly to Regional HR Director, and work with HRD Manager to ensure that high potential employees (Succession plan) get developmental support.
·         Identify competencies for critical job positions in the affiliate and be able to conduct competency and training needs assessment among all departments.
·         Design and implement creative and relevant programs and update training curricula as needed both for soft skills and product skills.
·         Conduct planned training programs.

·         Responsible as a trainer to all level of employees from operation staff to executive management.


Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
·         At least 7 years of working experience in design the training courses and working as a trainer.
·         Have strong experience in designing and training the soft skills such as customer services, problem solving, etc.
