Job Description

External and Internal Communication:

  • Develops public relation and media strategies, campaigns and activities
  • Creates clear and persuasive content, prepares and provides final, correctly formatted text in both Thai and English for posting online/offline, including applications, websites, brochures, blogs, Facebook, line@, newsletters, announcement letters, infographics, video scripts, advertisements and social media and for other purposes as needed
  • Primary writer of speeches, remarks, talking points, articles, opinion editorials, blog entries, and other public or internal comments as needed by the communications department.
  • Be able to draft key messages, write/ edit copy in both Thai and English for various publications and materials (both printing and online)
  • Collaborates with design, video, other creative staff and/or consultants to ensure that power points, flash movies, photos, video or other collateral elements are prepared and help execute the strategy for the presentation.
  • Does independent research to support and strengthen presentations and articles. Maintains records of research and back-up materials that verify statements.
  • Works with the communications team to coordinate public remarks with information made available to the media.
  • Executing the content marketing plan by making sure that all the publication process follows the editorial calendar
  • Establish a brief and devise content that ladders into high-order goals and business objectives
  • Monitor and certify that all content being produced adheres to the brand guidelines.
  • Enthusiastic about social media listening to know what is happening in the social space and what people are talking about. Also, develop social media campaign strategy and tactics across multiple social channel.
  • Assist to organize launching new service, thank you party, public relation and media events
  • Collect, monitor and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed.
  • Developing marketing communication and promotional activities and prepare marketing communication materials to ensure the effective implementation
  • Monitoring market trends and activities of competitors related to logistics business and appropriately apply that knowledge to promoting the brand and service
  • Establishing a good and stable relationship with local media such as press, journalists, bloggers, and media agencies
  •  Create content & materials and organize events for the employees and may accomplish this through publishing newsletters, e-mails, fliers or memos; updating bulletin boards or calendars of events; and managing other tools to produce print and digital copies of communication.
  •   Manage all Internal Communication Channels, including company intranet, e-newsletter, and etc. to communicate effectively with employees
  • Available to respond quickly and productively to last minute requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned in support of the work of the department.
  • Ensure successful communication of corporate core values/ corporate culture including employer branding across the company
  • Support all internal communications & employee engagement activity  

 

Qualifications:

 

§  Bachelor’s  or Master’s Degree in Communication Arts and Journalism, Marketing, Business Management, or other related fields in PR / Communication field

§  Creative thinker and good attitude with a passionate evangelism for developing and nurturing brand cultures

§  Outstanding writing skills. Excellent verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.

§  Clear communications skills are essential for both English/Thai including written and verbal

§  Good command of spoken and written English

§  Excellent proofreading, Through knowledge of correct use of grammar, construction and spelling.

§  Thorough knowledge of electronic and print media systems. Knowledge of advertising techniques and familiarity with all aspects of literature, audio-visual, and online production process. Demonstrated capacity to continuously develop knowledge and skills related to use of rapidly changing technology.

§  Good interpersonal communications and teamwork skills.

§  Demonstrated ability to quickly produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

§  Detail-oriented with strong project and time management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

§  Ability to take direction and editing from others.

§  Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, high energy and good project management skills who can assist in developing communication skills among leaders and employees.

§  Experience working in a dynamic deadline-oriented work environment essential.

§  Internet-savvy with solid technology experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs.

Prior experience in content marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
