Dispatch Controller

Our client is a leading provider of cement products for the construction industry.

Artemis is recruiting a Dispatch Manager with at least 5 years of working experience

Location: Bangkok

Responsibilities

·         Manage and control all deliveries for domestic (inbound and outbound) and export to run smoothly and on-time

·         Supervise and control dispatching plan and truck allocation on a daily basis

·         Control that every step of transport process is functioning effectively to avoid delays, unnecessary cost, and loss of sales

·         Communicating closely with transporters and relevant internal functions

·         Solving delivery problems and customers’ complaints

·         Monitoring and Controlling all administrative works of logistics

·         Managing product returns/redirect product deliveries

·         Ensuring that necessary delivery documents/reports has been prepared

 

Requirements

·         Thai nationality

·         At least a Bachelor degree in Logistics or Business Administration, Master degree preferable

·         Minimum of 5 years experiences in Logistics, cement business preferable

·         Good analytical skill, good collaboration and well-planning with can-do attitude

·         Strong MS office skill (particularly in Excel)

·         Good English communication skills

·         Hold driving licenses and be able to travel upcountry
