About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing financial services company operating in the PICO Finance sector, committed to providing accessible and responsible financial solutions to local communities. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Administration Executive to support their people operations and office administration functions.
Position Summary
The HR & Administration Executive will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, employee administration, recruitment coordination, and office management activities. This position is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment and contributing to the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Prepare employment documents, contracts, probation evaluations, and employee records.
- Maintain and update personnel files, attendance records, leave records, and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and HR initiatives.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Coordinate training arrangements and maintain training records.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company regulations.
Administration
- Manage general office administration and facilities coordination.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with external service providers and government agencies when required.
- Support company events, meetings, and administrative projects.
- Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Administration, Recruitment, or related functions.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in HR are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of Thai labor law and HR practices is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. English is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
- Ability to commute to or work in Chachoengsao.
