About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing financial services company operating in the PICO Finance sector, committed to providing accessible and responsible financial solutions to local communities. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Administration Executive to support their people operations and office administration functions.

Position Summary

The HR & Administration Executive will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, employee administration, recruitment coordination, and office management activities. This position is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Prepare employment documents, contracts, probation evaluations, and employee records.
  • Maintain and update personnel files, attendance records, leave records, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and HR initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Coordinate training arrangements and maintain training records.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company regulations.

Administration

  • Manage general office administration and facilities coordination.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and government agencies when required.
  • Support company events, meetings, and administrative projects.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, Administration, Recruitment, or related functions.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in HR are welcome to apply.
  • Good understanding of Thai labor law and HR practices is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. English is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Ability to commute to or work in Chachoengsao.
