Location: Head Office in Nakon Pathom (Near Central Salaya)

Were working with a well-established and trusted importer and distributor of heavy machinery and warehouse equipment known for delivering top-tier solutions and outstanding service. Now, they're looking for a Managing Director to help take the business to the next level.

What You'll Do:

• Set and execute the company's strategic direction across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and services.
• Lead a high-performing leadership team and foster a results-driven organizational culture.
• Develop short- and long-term business plans aligned with the company's mission and growth goals.
• Build strong partnerships with global OEMs and key industry stakeholders.
• Analyze industry trends to ensure competitive positioning and sustainable profitability.
• Oversee supply chain functions including procurement, inventory, and distribution.
• Drive revenue and margin expansion while maintaining tight cost control.
• Manage enterprise-wide risk and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Report on business performance to the Board regularly and transparently.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1015 years of executive experience in heavy machinery or industrial sales, with a solid B2B background.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end after-sales service and customer support operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
