Job Description: 

As an IT Service, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our client's system and server infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop System/Server Preventive Maintenance Plans in collaboration with users and IT vendors.
• Ensure System & Server Requirements meet company standards for quality and security. 
• Innovate and propose solutions to enhance existing system and server infrastructure cost-effectively.
• Lead IT vendors in implementing new server setups with rigorous quality control.
  
• Manage System/Server Change Management processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  
• Oversee daily operations, monitoring system and server performance, including backups.
  
• Maintain an updated System & Server list and ensure server security through OS Patch updates using company standard tools like BigFix and Intune.
  
• Troubleshoot and investigate system and server incidents, adhering to SLAs for incident recovery.
  
• Manage System & Server Service Maintenance Agreements and licenses (Windows Server, Redhat, Oracle, VEEAM, VMWare, etc.).
  
• Review System & Server Performance, Backup, and Vulnerability Reports, taking proactive measures as necessary in coordination with global security teams and stakeholders.
  

Qualifications:

• Must-Have:
• Experience with or knowledge of operating systems: Windows Server, Unix/Linux server, and server hardware technologies.
• Proficiency in enterprise backup (VEEAM) and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, and virtualization technology (VMWare, Nutanix).
• 1-2 years of experience in project management and system integration.
• 1-2 years of System administrator experience with at least one OS (Redhat, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).

• Regional/Asia function project management or implementation experience would be advantageous.
• Proven work experience as a System Engineer.
• Familiarity with basic web-related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and network/web-related protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficient in English.
• Age between 30-35 years preferred.
