Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze costs and recommend strategies to optimize spending and improve profitability.
  • Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including local and government tax reporting.
  • Supervise all cost-related accounting operations, from A/R, A/P, GL, to inventory.
  • Oversee quarterly financial consolidations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and eliminate errors.

What Were Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a large-scale, international, or Japanese manufacturing environment is a huge advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage and inspire a team, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English (Japanese language skills and CPD certification are highly valued).
  • ERP systems expertise (AS400/SAP experience is a plus).
