Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze costs and recommend strategies to optimize spending and improve profitability.
- Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including local and government tax reporting.
- Supervise all cost-related accounting operations, from A/R, A/P, GL, to inventory.
- Oversee quarterly financial consolidations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and eliminate errors.
What Were Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in a large-scale, international, or Japanese manufacturing environment is a huge advantage.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a team, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English (Japanese language skills and CPD certification are highly valued).
- ERP systems expertise (AS400/SAP experience is a plus).
