Works closely with Territory Account
Managers, Marketing, R&D, and Distributor Partners to overcome customer

Utilizes and updates CRM MS 365 platform

Minimum
Qualifications
The following are the minimum
qualifications that an individual needs in order to successfully perform the
duties and responsibilities of this position.
Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the
department size and/or geographic location.
Knowledge
· Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology,
Life Sciences or a related field required.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience of
B2B sales required that includes the following:
o
Sales experience
and/or knowledge of the food & beverage processing market
o
Sales experience
in sales and/or marketing in the health care market
o
Sales
experience in sales and /or marketing in the Food Diagnostics market
·
Intermediate
knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe
Acrobat required.
Skills/Abilities
·
Excellent verbal
and written communication.
·
Must have
strong sales and interpersonal skills.
·
Must be
proficient in contract negotiation skills
·
Must be able
to use discretion and independent judgement.

WORKING
Conditions
·
Minimum of
50% overnight travel required domestically and internationally.

May
occasionally work evenings and/or weekends.
·
Will require
frequent visits to customer manufacturing sites, that are in
Agricultural/Industrial areas.

Will require
interactions with customers at their laboratories, and occasionally interact in
a food microbiology type of laboratory environment
·
Will require
occasional work in the food microbiology laboratory type of condition, to help
customers trouble shoot technical issues, onsite.
