Accountant

Our client is an innovation-driven pharmaceutical company

Work Location: Bangkok

Artemis is now seeking for an Accountant with at least 2 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

·         Ensure the accurate bookkeeping entries to be in line with the company policy, accounting standard, internal control procedures and all government authority requirements.

·         Ensure accurate bookkeeping on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

·         Assist in preparation of financial statement such as trial balance, balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

·         Analyzing revenues, costs, expenses, liabilities and assets.

·         Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

·         Monitor and support taxation issues

·         Communication with other departments to get complete and accurate documentations for bookkeeping.

·         Support superior in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting section

·         Interact with external auditors in completing audit operation.

·         Actively coordinate with the all department on a regular basis to get complete and accurate documentations for bookkeeping

·         Actively coordinate with the external auditor for audit operations

Daily

·         Process Accounts Payable paperwork

·         Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system

·         Prepare invoices, Debit Note, Credit Note

Monthly

·         Ensure accurate and recording of Travelling expense of all employees

·         Reconcile sub-account and report discrepancies found in records

·         Prepare Trial balances

·         Prepare Stock Movement report

·         Prepare Summary Sale Report and Summary Stock Report

·         Prepare VAT on Sale Report

 

Requirements

·         Thai nationality

·         At least a bachelor degree in Accounting or related field

·         At least 2 years of working experience

·         Have experience using Navision Software is a plus

·         Have worked in a Pharmaceutical Industry is advantageous

·         Able to communicate in English
