Senior IT Application Analyst

Responsibility:

·         Providing advanced support for a wide variety of software applications; and completing helpdesk requests in a timely manner.

·         Implement/maintain the system and collaborate with outsource programmer to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.

·         Implements and manages reports based on business requirement.

·         Analyse data and provide key business insights based on analysing multiple data sources.

·         Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues. Leads project team members to meet timelines and maximize resources.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or higher in related fields.

·         Minimum of 6 years if experience in IT systems in manufacturing fields that includes work in a direct end-user support position.

·         Good communication in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing).

·         Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.

·         Knowledge in ERP, CRM, Oracle, Outlook office365 system, computer communication
