Bilingual Operations & Customer Assistant (Thai–Mandarin)

  • Bangkok (Silom area – near BTS/MRT)
  • Monday–Friday | 09:00–17:00
  • 30,000–40,000 THB/month (based on experience)
  • Start fully remote (WFH) – may transition to hybrid and occasional business travel as required

Role Overview

This role sits at the heart of our daily operations. You will act as a key bridge between our customers and product team — supporting post-loan services, improving user experience, and ensuring operational excellence.

This is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally across various channels
  • Support post-loan related questions and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users

Product Testing & Optimization

  • Participate in QA testing for new app features

  • Identify, document, and report bugs or UX issues

  • Provide feedback to improve the overall product experience

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist with data entry, document management, and reporting

  • Prepare summaries and basic operational reports

  • Support management with ad-hoc tasks as needed

What Were Looking For

Language Skills (Mandatory)

  • Native Thai

  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field (Business, Communications, IT-related fields preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with technology

Mindset & Working Style

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

  • Flexible and adaptable in a startup environment

  • Positive attitude with a genuine can-do spirit

  • Willing to take initiative beyond assigned tasks

Experience in Customer Service, FinTech, lending, or operations is a plus — however, strong language skills and the right attitude are equally important. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Style

  • Initially 100% Work from Home

  • May transition to hybrid setup as the business grows

  • Occasional travel may be required depending on business needs
