Responsibilities

·         Manage and hands on in business planning and strategy for team resourcing and revenues.

·         Through the right resource planning, project management and realization rate for projects, contributes to the gross margin goal.

·         Actively participate in new business development activities to support Sales team, including acting as relationship expert to give input on proposals and attend pitches; drives and support more complex sales of the transportation services and solutions.

·         Target new potential prospects and manage existing clients to grow business organically to ensure the revenue and margin targets are met.

·         Utilize company’s transportation solutions, services and application platform to contribute the highest success.

·         Work collaboratively with operation team to analyze, plan, solve problem and run the services smoothly and efficiently.

·         Review, analyze data, track KPI and competitors to develop competitive offers and exploit opportunities.

 

Requirement

  • Bachelor or Master Degree of Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Male or Female, Age not over 50 year old.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics or Distribution business.
  • Having direct experience in developing B2B business or partnership within transportation services and solutions.
  • Very good in strategic planning, statistical analysis and logical thinking.
  • Able to work independently and individually in a dynamic working environment.
  • Have knowledge and understand the whole process of transportation business.
  • Own car and driving license.
