We are partnering with a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain sector to identify a highly capable NDC & Regional Operations Manager – Transport to oversee nationwide transport operations, drive operational excellence, and lead high-performing teams across multiple locations in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

Transport Operations Leadership

• Lead and oversee transport operations across 6 regional sites nationwide (Central, North, South, and Northeast)
• Manage both company fleet operations and subcontracted transport partners
• Drive operational efficiency, delivery performance, and cost optimization initiatives
• Implement and enhance Transportation Management System (TMS) processes and new ways of working
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance analysis reports
• Manage transport budgeting, resource planning, and capital expenditure planning
• Ensure on-time and in-full delivery performance aligned with customer expectations
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, shuttle, factory, dispatch, and administration teams to ensure smooth operational flow
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to maximize productivity and profitability
• Support labor relations activities and maintain positive employee and contractor engagement
• Partner with HR to recruit, develop, and retain high-quality drivers and operational staff
• Work closely with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve fleet availability
• Lead or participate in transport-related projects and operational improvement initiatives

Safety & Compliance

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards
• Conduct and support risk assessments, workplace inspections, and corrective action initiatives
• Review incidents, accidents, and safety reports to ensure preventive measures are implemented
• Ensure all employees and contractors receive proper safety induction and ongoing training
• Maintain transport compliance, legal requirements, and operational documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in workplace safety practices across all operational sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transport Management, or related fields
• Minimum 7 years of experience in transport or third-party logistics operations at management level
• Strong background in fleet management, regional transport operations, and contractor management
• Experience managing multi-site logistics operations across Thailand
• Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Experience with TMS and transport performance reporting systems
• Strong understanding of transport compliance, workplace safety, and operational legislation
• Proven experience in change management and operational improvement initiatives
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently between operational sites
