About the job Head of CRM
Our client, a trusted affiliate program powering top-performing brands across Tier-1 and LATAM markets, is now looking for a Head of CRM with iGaming experience.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Type: Office or Remote, full-time
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead and mentor the CRM team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Define and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead the planning, development, and optimization of customer lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, engagement, retention).
- Manage segmentation and personalization to deliver targeted and relevant communications.
- Drive adoption of marketing automation tools and ensure effective CRM technology stack management.
- Partner with Data/BI teams to leverage insights for continuous optimization.
- Develop and oversee loyalty and rewards programs to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and affiliate teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Own reporting and KPIs, including retention rates, engagement metrics and ROI of CRM activities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms.
- Solid analytical skills, with experience using customer data for segmentation and personalization.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong project management skills, able to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a must.
