About the Role:
Fast-growing development company is seeking a Business & Financial Analyst with a strong finance background to support real estate development projects through financial modeling, business planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with solid expertise in corporate finance, project economics, and financial performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare business plans for development projects and new business initiatives.
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for real estate development projects.
- Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and investment scenarios.
- Analyze project profitability, financial performance, and return on investment (ROI).
- Evaluate investment opportunities and support acquisition and development decisions.
- Support management in strategic planning and business decision-making.
- Participate in the structuring and optimization of corporate and project structures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal financial policies, procedures, and business processes.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and financial materials for management, shareholders, and investors.
- Monitor key financial and business performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Support financing, banking, and investor relations activities when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development would be a great advantage.
- Strong finance background is a must.
- Proven experience in corporate finance, financial planning, budgeting, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of project economics, profitability analysis, and ROI calculations.
- Understanding of taxation principles, corporate structures, and financial reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and present conclusions in a clear and structured manner.
- English advanced
- Russian: native or fluent speaker is preferred
