About the Role:

Fast-growing development company is seeking a Business & Financial Analyst with a strong finance background to support real estate development projects through financial modeling, business planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with solid expertise in corporate finance, project economics, and financial performance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare business plans for development projects and new business initiatives.
  • Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for real estate development projects.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and investment scenarios.
  • Analyze project profitability, financial performance, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and support acquisition and development decisions.
  • Support management in strategic planning and business decision-making.
  • Participate in the structuring and optimization of corporate and project structures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal financial policies, procedures, and business processes.
  • Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and financial materials for management, shareholders, and investors.
  • Monitor key financial and business performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify financial risks and propose mitigation measures.
  • Support financing, banking, and investor relations activities when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development would be a great advantage.
  • Strong finance background is a must.
  • Proven experience in corporate finance, financial planning, budgeting, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of project economics, profitability analysis, and ROI calculations.
  • Understanding of taxation principles, corporate structures, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and present conclusions in a clear and structured manner.
  • English advanced
  • Russian: native or fluent speaker is preferred
