Chief Product Officer

Our client - an ambitious online casino startup operating as an autonomous business unit within a larger ecosystem is looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Product Officer to drive product vision, innovation, and revenue growth. Backed by industry experts, the company is on a mission to disrupt the market, expand its footprint in the Australian iGaming sector, and achieve profitability.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on growth and profitability
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the online casino product
• Optimize user experience, retention, and monetization strategies for the Australian market
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technology teams to align product initiatives with business goals
• Implement data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to optimize product features and performance
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitors in the iGaming space
• Work with partners, affiliates, and service providers to enhance the product offering

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the online casino/iGaming industry
• Strong understanding of the Australian iGaming market player behavior, regulations, and competitive landscape
• Hands-on experience with casino platforms, games, payments, and bonus systems
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills ability to turn data into strategic insights
• Strong communication and leadership skills ability to align cross-functional teams
