Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Define and implement the companys vision and strategic direction in alignment with the owner
- Develop and execute business, product, and marketing strategies based on market analysis
- Approve annual project plans and ensure their alignment with the companys long-term goals
- Monitor business performance, financial indicators, and operational efficiency, making strategic adjustments as needed
- Establish and maintain partnerships to drive growth and increase the companys market value
- Oversee business development, identifying new revenue streams and market expansion opportunities
- Manage and optimize financial resources, ensuring budget efficiency and profitability
- Lead and mentor the executive team, fostering a high-performance company culture
- Make key operational and organizational decisions, including team scaling and structural changes
- Represent the company in negotiations with strategic partners and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a CEO
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, digital technologies, IT, or dating sector. Experience in healthcare, digital, IT, tourism, or dating is a plus
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Economics, Finance, or Marketing
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong knowledge of financial management, project management, crisis management, and legal frameworks
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, conduct market analysis, and drive profitability
- Experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, setting goals, delegating tasks, and ensuring motivation and efficiency
- Strong negotiation, communication, and public speaking skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach, capable of identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and optimizing resources
