Art Director

Our client - a fast-growing and innovative player in the iGaming space, is looking for an experienced and visionary Art Director to lead the creative team in crafting high-quality, innovative visuals that elevate our brand within the gambling and betting niche. This role requires a strong grasp of design trends, operational oversight, and proficiency in integrating AI tools into the creative process.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review all design outputs to ensure they adhere to brand guidelines, align with contemporary design trends, and achieve the highest visual standards
• Monitor and analyze emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of industry innovation
• Lead the onboarding of new designers by introducing them to company standards, project workflows, and best practices, ensuring a seamless transition into the team
• Establish and maintain a centralized repository of design guidelines, resources, and documented best practices to support the teams efficiency and consistency
• Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and training opportunities to team members, fostering their growth and continuous skill development
• Identify and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance efficiency, creativity, and competitiveness in the design process

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Art Director within the gambling/betting niche (B2B & B2C)
• Proficient in graphics software and design standards with a solid understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize the final product and meet delivery deadlines
• Experience leveraging AI tools in the design process to enhance efficiency and creativity
• Strong ability to foresee potential issues and proactively plan to mitigate risks
• Proven track record in leading design teams with a focus on operational oversight rather than direct asset creation
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective team management, feedback delivery, and new design onboarding
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
