Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing strategic sales development across various channels: B2B, B2C, Distributors, Online, and Offline platforms
- Conducting competitor and market condition analysis to identify new opportunities for increasing sales volumes
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to boost sales and expand the client base
- Organizing and leading a team of 20 full-time employees, as well as managing external contractors
- Continuously optimizing sales processes and department structure to achieve better results
- Setting team KPIs, introducing motivation systems, and monitoring plan execution
- Actively collaborating with marketing and other departments to integrate sales into the overall business strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales or related roles
- Ability to analyze market conditions and competitive environments to identify scaling opportunities
- Deep understanding of sales analytics and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Experience in building and managing a team of 20+ employees, as well as optimizing workflows to increase sales
- Successful case studies of sales growth in your portfolio
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus or travel for business purposes
