IT Project Manager

Our client - a fast-growing and innovative player in the iGaming space is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who is passionate about managing complex projects, fostering collaboration, and delivering high-quality results in a dynamic and evolving sector.

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee multiple software development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and successful execution within budget
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts, keeping all stakeholders aligned
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and product management, to achieve project objectives
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies to ensure smooth progress
• Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards, align with client expectations, and adhere to Agile or other relevant methodologies
• Drive effective communication across teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement

Requirements:

• At least of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
• Upper intermediate in English (written and spoken), with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian

Would be a plus:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification would be a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Understanding of DevOps methodologies and familiarity with related tools
• Basic knowledge of programming languages and software development frameworks
