Affiliate Manager

Our client - a fast-growing and innovative player in the iGaming space, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager. This role has opened due to the companys expansion and the launch of new brands. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing in Tier 1 markets, capable of managing existing partners while actively bringing in new affiliates.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new affiliate partners
• Identify and onboard high-quality affiliates to expand the company's network
• Monitor affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure maximum ROI
• Provide regular reports and analytics on affiliate program performance
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing in gambling
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 markets
• Strong understanding of industry trends, conversion strategies, and partner acquisition
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive attitude
• Readiness to attend industry events and conferences
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
