Head of Casino

Our client - an ambitious online casino startup is looking for a Head of Casino to lead operations and strategy within an autonomous business unit of a larger ecosystem. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape the casino product, optimize operations, and ensure sustainable growth, focusing on the Australian market.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop & execute the casino strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Manage the casino product game portfolio, promotions, and user experience optimization
• Lead partnerships with game providers and negotiate the best commercial terms
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, licensing, and market-specific requirements
• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and implement continuous improvements
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and tech teams to maximize player engagement and retention
• Drive innovation, stay ahead of industry trends, and introduce new features to boost competitiveness

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head of Casino on previous projects
• Deep understanding of the Australian iGaming market player preferences, regulations, and trends
• Strategic & analytical mindset ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize revenue streams
• Strong negotiation & communication skills youll be working with providers, partners, and internal teams
• Entrepreneurial spirit this is a startup, and we need someone proactive and resourceful
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the broader ecosystem
