Our client is an international product development company. The team has over 20 years of expertise in web development, commercial design, affiliate, and online marketing. More than 300 creative minds from Cyprus, Canada, Ukraine, and other countries work hard day by day to find the best solutions for their own products. They are looking for a proactive Publisher Manager to join the multinational team at the office in Cyprus or remotely. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads, testing new revenue streams, and closing deals with Publishers and Affiliates, contributing to the company's growth and market expansion.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Type: Office or Remote, full-time
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Find new leads, negotiate and close deals with Publishers and Affiliates

    • Achieve traffic flow stability

    • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make improvements

    • Conduct Market and Competitors Research, suggest how to be competitive

    • Find, suggest, and test new revenue streams

    • Maintain and keep organized and up-to-date a CRM

    • Attend International Conferences

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Senior Publisher or Account Manager
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh approach strategies for new leads
  • Experience in CPC, CPM, flat deals, and hunting new sites
  • Out-of-the-box thinking is a must
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independence
  • Good Google Sheet knowledge
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Experience working in an adult advertising network is considered a big plus

  • Experience with monday.com

  • Experience with Jira or similar programs
