This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader, contributing to strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Type: Office, full-time
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide full administrative and operational support to the founder, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage documentation
  • Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in project coordination, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
  • Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare presentations
  • Support in organizing business trips, and key meetings
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks to enhance business efficiency and decision-making

Requirements:

  • At least of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced business environment
