About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building strong relationships with real estate agencies, and guiding clients throughout the entire property acquisition journey.
This position is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in a KPI-driven environment, takes ownership of performance metrics, and is motivated by achieving ambitious sales targets and maximizing commission earnings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, expand, and maintain a strong network of real estate agencies, brokers, and industry partners across Cyprus.
- Build long-term relationships with agency representatives, referral partners, investors, and key market stakeholders.
- Conduct regular networking activities, business development meetings, and partnership initiatives to generate new sales opportunities.
- Present and promote the company's real estate projects to agents, investors, and end clients.
- Handle incoming client inquiries, qualify leads, and identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct project presentations, property viewings, and sales meetings.
- Lead initial negotiations regarding sales terms, purchasing conditions, and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities within the CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with the Finance, Legal, and Marketing departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Support clients throughout the entire sales cycle, from first contact through reservation, contract signing, construction updates, project completion, and property handover.
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales in Cyprus.
- Strong understanding of the Cyprus real estate market, industry practices, and sales terminology.
- Established network of real estate agencies, brokers, and industry contacts across Cyprus.
- Demonstrated track record of successful property sales.
- Strong computer skills and confidence working with CRM systems, databases, contact lists, sales catalogues, and reporting tools.
- Valid driving license.
- Professional working proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Russian: native or fluent speaker
- Greek will be considered an advantage.
