About the Company and Role:

This role is critical for ensuring accurate production costing, inventory accounting, and cost analysis across our fast-growing manufacturing environment.
You will work closely with Finance, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to maintain reliable cost data, support operational decision-making, and improve financial visibility across manufacturing processes. Your contribution will directly impact production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall financial performance as the company scales.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and maintain accurate production costs, including material, labor, and overhead allocation
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing variances between planned and actual costs
- Maintain accurate accounting of raw materials, electronic components, WIP, and finished goods inventory
- Perform inventory reconciliations and support physical inventory counts and audits
- Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support cost impact analysis for engineering or production changes
- Prepare monthly cost accounting reports, inventory reports, and variance analysis for management
- Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and manufacturing accounting
- Cooperate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to track import costs, logistics expenses, and component pricing changes
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and support audit processes
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of cost accounting and inventory control processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, or inventory accounting
- Strong understanding of production costing and inventory accounting principles
- Experience working with ERP/accounting systems (BAS, 1C, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or hardware production environments will be considered a strong advantage
- Knowledge of IFRS is preferred
- English level sufficient for working with documentation and cross-functional communication
- Calm, balanced, and detail-oriented.
