About the job Customer Service Specialist
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Respond to customer service inquiries pertaining to e-commerce, private appointments, pre-orders and product knowledge through FreshDesk and phone calls.
Daily update, edit, cancel, and create orders based on customer requests (including a daily scan of high priority issues that come up on Saturday and Sunday).
· Complete returns and issues refunds to customers each day.
· Inform customers of out of stock items.
· Assist Marketing, PR and Studio Manager with CRM, responsible for keeping VIP list and customer profiles up to date and proactively plan and execute strategies to build customer loyalty.
· Work closely with the Sales and Operations Manager to assist in direct sales events including pop-ups, trunk shows and sample sales.
· Report on direct sales and customer feedback, sales activity, returns and inquiries.
· Greet all visitors to the showroom, this is an outward facing role and addressing every task with enthusiasm, a smile and a can-do attitude is paramount to the success of this position.
Responsible for ordering office supplies for the studio, including staples orders (paper, ink, toilet paper, paper towels, water, office supplies, etc.) Uline (polybags, tape, boxes, Packing slip sleeves, web envelopes, FedEx supplies) and flowers and drinks for market weeks.
· Ensure the closets and the showroom are always organized and well labeled.
· Manage all package intake and scheduling of fed ex or messenger pick ups.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must possess Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college
· Must have clear understanding of the Arsenault brand and aesthetic and have an eye for fashion merchandising
· Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
· Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously with different departments
