Overview

  • Assist all areas of Arsenault in creating standards and reports aligned with data security and data privacy standards globally; privacy By design and Trust By Design methodologies, and providing support for our customers' ever growing requirements in documentation and support.
  • You will work with some of the top global brands and with a team of world class professionals. Most of all, your experience will help define standards for our Curiously Human Platform of technologies.


You Will

  • Create standards and reports aligned with data security and data privacy standards globally; Privacy By Design and Trust By Design methodologies, and providing support for our customers' ever-growing requirements in documentation and support.
  • Understand business requirements, translating them into actionable specifications including how data should be governed.
  • Help implement data governance performance and standards, while developing operating plans to achieve those standards through audits, automation and processes.
  • Develop improvements in the design and effectiveness of key controls, including automation. Provide support in performing data privacy and compliance for important issues.
  • Identify and inventory issues, suggested improvements, and aid in tracking and implementing fixes.


You Have

  • Previous experience working for a global SaaS company
  • Experience working through complex problems, and creating matching, easy to follow solutions
  • Knowledge of Privacy and Security Principles, such as GDPR or CCPA
  • High-level understanding of 3rd party certifications, PCI-DSS / SOC2 or other
  • Experience using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
  • Knowledge of languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python
  • Technical proficiency regarding database, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation
  • The ability to work remotely or in a team setting (we are a remote first organization; but we also value time together)
