Job Description:
As the team continues to grow, we are finding a need to enhance our administrative and operational support to enable our consultants to focus on the work that helps the company thrive.
We are looking for an administrative assistant to work in a small team and report to the Head of Operations to support the day-to-day essential administrative procedures and financial processes.
Key responsibilities:
The duties of the administrative assistant role will primarily cover:
contacting clients to chase overdue invoices and updating tracker (you will be required to meet a daily target);
answering the mainline and directing calls;
stock management and requisition;
managing administrative records;
chasing expense receipts, submitting where appropriate;
travel booking and managing itinerary;
other ad hoc administrative duties.

excellent organizational skills, managing multiple work streams;
time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks;
experience of data entry;

What we offer:
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary + performance-based bonus
Holidays: We want you to relax, youll have 24 days off (20 holidays plus an extra day off to enjoy your birthday as well as three additional days off at Christmas) plus bank holidays, throughout the year. Holidays entitlement will increase to 25 days pa after 2 years service.
Hybrid Working: We give you genuine flexibility between working at our office in Southwark and working from home
Work from home (abroad) - to support a team members need to visit family etc. in different locations, it is possible to work from home abroad on an extended basis. Once a year it is possible to be out of the office for a maximum of 4 weeks. This can comprise 2 weeks annual leave and 2 weeks working from home (abroad).
