About the job Customer Service Supervisor
A well-established healthcare organization in Phoenix, AZ is now hiring for a full-time Customer Service Supervisor. In this role you would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service pod within the centralized scheduling center.
Job Duties-
Under the guidance of the Patient Navigator Manager, the Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service pod within the centralized scheduling center. Responsibilities include direct supervision, scheduling, training, and motivating the Patient Advocates and Customer Service teams. Provides direction, guidance and mentors staff while monitoring staff progress and performance. Ensures compliance by implementing policies and procedures that align with best practice.
Requirements- Two (2) years of experience in an office, hospitality, or customer service environment, basic MS Word, Outlook and Excel skills; 35 wpm keyboard/typing speed.
LEVEL OF EDUCATION- Minimum: Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent education/experience
Preferred- Preferred: Three (3) years of lead/management experience.
