Data Syndication Analyst

Our fortune 100 client is looking for a Data Syndication Analyst to join their team. The Data Syndication Analyst will be responsible for actions that involve the exchange of large amounts of product data between our Healthcare Business and government agencies and channel partners. It will be this person's responsibility to perform an ETL function (Extract, Transform, Load) coordinate, collect and transmit item level product information to government agencies and channel partners using internal systems, Microsoft Excel or channel partner requested format.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree from an accredited university. Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Chemistry, or Biology strongly preferred
  • 1+ years of professional experience centered around coordination of large data sets
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • Desire to learn new tools and concepts related to data coordination and healthcare product regulations and syndication
  • Minimal work direction needed

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution
  • Determine materials to be syndicated based on customer requested catalog ID's
  • Aggregate product attributes and images from various data sources.
  • Develop and end-to-end understanding of product knowledge and potential data gaps and accuracy concerns
  • Transfer content to government agencies & channel partners using database and syndication tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Execute routine audit (refresh) procedures to assure product data (internal and external) remains in sync
  • Bring new channel partner data requirements forward to the data syndication team for approval and design
  • Maintain and report metrics on quantity and quality of work
