What will you be doing?
- Developing and maintaining a SQL based reporting platform
- Managing and developing data integration pipelines, data storage structures and data cleansing
- Gathering data requirements, documentation and end to end testing
- Gathering, clarifying and documenting requirements and designing solutions
- Data product design, development, and maintenant for visualisations, reports, dashboards, and data insights
- Interpreting data and analysing results using statistical techniques to create monthly reports
- Serving internal clients and ensuring accurate, on time delivery of monthly reporting
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Have great communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to learn quickly and take initiative
- Be capable of following directions and working collaboratively with others, while simultaneously also be self-motivated
- Build relationships with various stakeholders in a robust office environment
You will need the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SQL Server (data profiling and querying) and VBA
- Knowledge of Azure, Power BI, R, Python is an asset, we will train the right candidate
- Experience using Git source control is an asset
- Experience with project coordination and management is an asset
