We are looking for Financial Analyst to join our team in Germany.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate, transparent and timely manner
  • Communicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in comparison to prior year(s), forecast and budget
  • Manage the SBU´s financial monitoring and reporting systems
  • Manage global sales accruals processes for the SBU
  • Act as a financial partner of the Sales Team
  • Research and report on factors influencing business performance, and adjust reporting requirements accordingly (set new KPI´s when needed)
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for performance improvement opportunities
  • Supervise annual internal audit processes, provide support and/or guidance to the plants in relation to SOX audits
  • Communicate, monitor and ensure compliance to the companys guidelines and procedures
  • Implement robust communication processes with the plants
  • Prioritize tasks and requirements diligently, whether routine or ad-hoc
  • Ensure that all statutory requirements of the various legal entities are met


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in SAP (relevant module)
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office solutions, especially Excel & Access
  • Proficiency in English and German languages
