Summary:

The mission of our Business Planning and Operations group is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales organization through analytics, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. We identify and drive critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth while supporting the operational cadence to surface business insights. In your role as business analyst, you will be a key partner to the business and Partner Solutions Managers (PSM) delivering against 3 core areas:


1) Driving at scale activations of partner programs in region (e.g. planning, metrics, and rhythm of business)

2) Identifying and setting up new programs in region working cross-functionally to define the right incentive structure and

3) Supporting PSM in communicating partner-enabled solutions at scale

He/she will have excellent project-management skills, and be able to communicate with a myriad of stakeholders to drive the growth and success of a business. The ideal candidate will be very interested in advertising, a strategic thinker, highly analytical, an excellent problem solver, a fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to focus on the details while thinking strategically. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, high level of curiosity, strong technical acumen, and experience managing cross-functional work streams.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead product analytics reporting and insights for multiple product marketing stakeholder groups - large business, small business, partners and more.
  • Show up as a strategic thought partner by building and presenting regular detailed business reviews that make challenges and opportunities accessible to the broader team.
  • Design processes to develop and operationalize product goals for sales and cross functional teams.
  • Own executive reporting and visual storytelling to communicate product adoption and revenue insights.
  • Give structure to complex, ambiguous business questions and utilize a strong analytical skill set to produce insights that will guide leaders and frontline teams to the highest impact.
  • Gather, and analyze large amounts of data across a variety of business dimensions (products, countries, verticals, service levels) in a fast paced environment; build dashboards to highlight opportunities and identify trends.
  • Make the organization more efficient through automation and process enhancement.

Be a mentor to the organization by training people to navigate and answer data questions on their own


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business) or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of work experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy / Operations, Sales Analytics and/or Sales Finance or equivalent
  • Experience conducting analysis using proprietary and market data to derive insights that drive strategic business decisions
  • Experience leading major end to end analytic projects (planning, design, development, stakeholder management, communication, and monitoring)
  • Communication, executive stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Experience using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to scale insights and support business needs
