About the job Customer Service Representative

Our large healthcare client headquartered in the Dallas, TX is seeking a number of qualified customer service representatives to join their growing team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for receiving and handling inbound calls, taking member and provider service calls, and will be trained on the Avaya telephone system.


Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience (Call center experience preferred)
  • Highschool/GED Education
  • Strong soft skills and an ability to navigate conversations with professionalism and care
