Data Entry Operator

The Role

Arsenault is seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator part-time to be responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate assessments and processing of data related to billing.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer services response to internal and external customer queries regarding billing.
• Assess available reporting data, service records/documents for accuracy of billing outcomes.
• Analyse and assess customer specific circumstances relative to billing considerations.
• Conduct high volumes of data processing.

Required

• Experience working with financial data entry, billing or accounts receivable
• Ability to hit KPI's in a fast paced data processing environment.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and quality control.
• Highly developed verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
