Chief Financial Officer

Arsenault has partnered with a global insurance organisation that specialises in property and life insurance, with retirement solutions and other financial services worldwide.

Their diverse solutions include products and services that help businesses and individuals protect their assets, manage risks and provide retirement security.

In light of this, they are looking for a Chief Finance Officer to spearhead their revenue growth while also overseeing all tax-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the EMEA CFO and Cluster GM and their leadership team to develop, set and implement the strategic direction to ensure optimal financial performance
• Assess and propose a strategy for managing the critical balance sheet and profit components including capital and liquidity.
• Development and implementation of effective budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to deliver the regions planning and monitoring requirements
• Responsible for ensuring that local regulatory / tax filings are complete and on time and any tax audits are appropriately managed to work together with regional Tax and Accounting teams

Requirements:

• Accomplished finance individual with strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements, US GAAP reporting and with a strong focus on financial planning and analysis to drive business performance
• Able to work cohesively in a matrix structure supporting the Finance Centre by providing day-to-day management/support of the in-country finance individuals.
• In-depth understanding of financial planning & analysis (FP&A), U.S. GAAP and Local GAAP accounting, a qualified accountant and/or MBA.
